Twins

Just finished an early 1970's Cinelli SC.  This is an original paint, original decal bike.  I had to put it up next to my circa 1970 SC for comparison.

Campagnolo Nuovo Record Strada (no date code) crankset with Regina Oro chain, Campagnolo no-lip, no-clip front derailleur.  "Patent Campagnolo" chain ring bolts and crankset caps.

Campagnolo Nuovo Record Pat. 73 rear derailleur.  Regina Oro freewheel.

Cinelli Unicanitor buffalo hide seat.  Special Cinelli seat stay bolt.  Nuovo Record 26.2 seat post.

Famous Cinelli sloping crown fork.  Nuovo Record shifter cables with cable guides and older type thumb screws.  "Three Hole" lugs, Nuovo Record headset, flat quick release brake calipers with chromed brake shoe guides. "Long Reach" Nuovo Record brake levers.

Cinelli Milano end caps.  Red cloth tape.

Fiamme Yellow Label rims.

Cinelli Giro D' Italia bars.  Cinelli Milano stem.  Original silvered head badge.  Original Campagnolo brake cables.

"BREV. CAMP. brake cable bolts.

Campagnolo flat quick release levers, low flange hubs.

Circa 1970 bike in foreground, later bike in background.  For detailed pics of this bike see my older post entitled "1970 Cinelli"

Original decals.  Placement was definitely not measured but "eyeballed"!

Older bike has a five speed freewheel.  Newer bike is wearing a six speed.

Older bike has "no name" brake calipers with "keyhole" long reach levers.
