  3. Beautiful build! Is the paint original? Silly to answer a 2 year old question... :)

    1. Actually all original. Essentially a new old stock bike.

  5. Hello, I would like to add your 1981 Olmo at

    http://veloclassics.blogspot.com/2012/08/1981-olmo-competition.html

to my Olmo serial number list at

    http://www.peterbrueggeman.com/cr/catalogues/olmo-ssn.htm

Could you please tell me the bike's serial number under the bottom bracket, the PAT year on the top of the rear derailleur, and the date code on the back of a crank arm (number within a circle)?

    Thank you for your attention,

    Peter

  6. Hi...I have an Olmo and Guerciotti that are similar to yours. I was wondering if you think Olmo made the Guerciotti frames? They both have very similar chrome fork caps with star cutouts on the top and triangles on the sides. I dont think any other manufactuers used anything similar. Both bikes feature stars everywhere as well. Pictures of the Guerciotti brothers show them just putting parts on bikes in basically a showroom. No pictures of them making frames. Cheers..ps I have the same brown sofa too..lol
